~ We understand that schedule adjustments are sometimes necessary; therefore, we request at least a 24 hour notice for cancellations.
~ Last minute bookings or higher priced services may require a credit card deposit; less than a 24 hour notice of cancellation may result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled services.
~No shows will require a credit card deposit of 50% of service fee to hold the following appointment, which will be retained for any cancellation less than 24 hours prior.
~Late arrivals may require team member to shorten or reschedule your service.
